TODAY’S HEADLINE: Lopsided Life
Saturday, 3rd March, 2018

“Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the Lord had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper” 2 Kings 5:1 KJV

A Lopsided Life happens in a situation where some aspects of a man’s life is enviably pleasant, admirable and enriched; whereas other areas of his life is a total mess, afflicted and inglorious. For instance, a wealthy man who is not healthy is not desirable. Also, a heathy bloke who is a pauper, and poverty stricken is woefully bad. The undulating and fluctuating success here, failure there, is so frustrating and depressing. For example, Naaman was a warlord and an influential man, but was not comfortable with his leprous condition. Such a man’s joy is limited because he is not complete. Unspeakable joy comes with prosperity. Many do know that a state of all round wellness is great, but they do not believe nor consider it is attainable. The thoughts of God for His own are marvelously good thoughts. Any tempting situation is from Satan and his demons. So, if it is good, it is God. All He created are very good. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Solomon, David, Joseph, etc, were good example of complete men. You too can join the club of people who are living, and not only existing. Life should be enjoyed, and not endured. Can you benefit yourself by customizing this scripture to yourself; and vehemently declare it: “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power” (Colossians 2:10) Amen.
