WORD CREDENCE: 1 Thessalonians 5:17 (KJV) “Pray without ceasing”
From spiritual point of view, prayer is literally a conversation with a deity. Here, we are ddiscussing from Christianity points of view. So, prayer means appeal, apease, supplication, crying unto God through Jesus. Prayer should be continuous exercise if solid relationship is sought with God. Therefore God is the only one you need to have your needs met. Prayer is permitted to be repeated until definite answer is released from heaven. Hear (John 16:24) “Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full”. Repeating prayer points is not a faithlessevidence; it is simply an act of desperation, emphasis and seriousness. Moses prayed several times concerning entering the promised land. Elijah prayed seven times for rain to return. Jesus prayed for that blind man more than once before he regained his clear vision. As well, our Lord Jesus Christ prayed same prayer three times asking God to remove the ‘cup’ He was to bear. Apostle Paul prayed against an ailment many times before told him that His grace is sufficient. Hannah has been praying at the yearly Shillo until a particular one the engineered the birth of Samuel. Listen to another example of repeated intercession and supplication in (Romans 1:9) “For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers”. I admonish somebody to keep pressing in tenacious prayer. The story of that widow’s repeated demands for Judge’s vengeance against her enemy was told to address continued prayer travails until the answer comes. You too P.U.S.H.; that is: Pray Until Something Happens. I pray for a believer in (Psalms 20:1) “The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee”. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
