James 1:26 (KJV) “If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain”

POWER OF THE TONGUE
The tongue we are discussing in today’s devotional is beyond the fleshy, red organ in the mouth of animals, carrying the taste buds. We are here dealing with the creative proceedings of the man’s tongue indications. That is, the word release. It’s pertinent to know that tongue is the greatest expression of the processes of the mind. Out of the abundant of the heart, the mouth speaks. This tongue of man may find compression in any of the diverse human mother or acquired language. The effectual creativity of tongue is super potent. The Holy Bible describes it in (Proverbs 18:21) “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”. It is very difficult to sin if the tongue is effectively kept bridle. The tongue is a small organ that can make or mar destiny. It’s a fire that can destroy by raising down; it as well can make gold pure and shine. See (James 3:6) “And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell”. The million dollar question is: How do you use your tongue? Gossiping? Lying? Defaming? Hating? Murmuring? Praying? Encouraging? Evangelizing? Etc. Many don’t even know much about the ministry of angels. They don’t know angels work on the word of man. Careless speech has undone several great destinies. There is power in confessions and declarations. Faith comes by hearing word; also, fear is heralded by the word. What are you speaking? Always remember you will not only account for it; note as well there are consequential effects. God does as you speak into His hearing. I admonish you weigh words. Think before you speak. Therefore, speak faith, hope and love all the time. Your words will not cause angels to hurt you. In the name of Jesus Christ. Good Morning. Amen.
